Bottle Baby (waiting for supper)

I currently have One bottle baby, one mom and three kids, that have the run of the yard. Oh yea and LO.  This little guy is personality plus, not a clue that he's a goat and he eats like a small horse.  He stood in the flower box and watched me as I started supper this evening yelling until I brought him his bottle.

April Evening Walk - A new baby

After several days of damp cloudy and cooler we had a really beautiful evening for the baby goat hunt.  This little red baby gave me a fit Sunday night.  Evening came and mom started hollering for her baby.  I looked, she looked, we both hollered.  My dogs joined in the hunt..no baby.  I went out a little later mom was settled and her bag didn't look over full anymore.  Still I could not find the little baby.  My two dogs Trance and Beka were on guard and I was pretty sure they would not let anything bad happen no matter where she was hiding out.  Not much sleep for me Sunday night... husband went out to check early and there was mom and baby together.  Crazy goats...Crazy Me!

April Fools 2012... 85 degrees!

Here is what we saw today...Hard to imagine that it is only April 1!  Way too warm.  Love to drive the gravel on the 4-wheeler.
