Finally Flowers

As I have said before this has been a cold wet spring... with a couple days of seasonal temps then the wind comes out of the north... whew..  Anyway I finally got a few flowers planted.  Hopefully they will grow..

Memorial Weekend 2013

Typical Memorial weekend here in Central Missouri... cloudy, cool with a chance of rain all weekend long.  Not good business for the Lake of the Ozarks.

I was finally able to go out and take a few pictures of some of the babies.

Just love it when summer arrives, even if it's only for a couple days. Days are filled with mowing, checking on baby goats.. oh and bottle feeding 11 of the little darlings... Even the deer are enjoying the weather. I came up on three as I took a 4 wheeler tour of the summer pasture. One of them didn't even bother to get up...
